SHIPPING ADVISORY

Please note, once your package leaves Maylist Beauy, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, lost, damaged or unsuccessful delivery, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from Canada Post to international mail carriers.

Items shipped outside of CANADA are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Maylist Beauty. Customs regulations in CANADA require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within CANADA is 3-6 days and 10-15 business days internationally. 

• Processing times may vary based on product availability and supplier location.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the supplier's location and your shipping address:

• Within Canada: 7-20 business days
• USA: 10-25 business days
• International: 15-40 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Fees are automatically courier calculated by weight and delivery location at checkout. 
• Free shipping may be available on select products or for orders over a certain amount.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
• These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Some orders may ship in multiple packages, and tracking updates may vary.
• Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification about its shipping information along with a tracking number and an invoice. If you don't receive an email please check your 'Junk' mail or 'Spam' folders. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
